At Minton’s Sportsplex, we offer a variety of group exercise classes. Our schedule includes everything from bootcamp and spinning to yoga and pilates. Each class is designed to give our members the most efficient cardiovascular workout possible, and classes are held at various times throughout the day in order to make it more convenient for our members. With our knowledgeable instructors, you are sure to get the intense, yet motivating, workout you’ve been looking for. All classes are absolutely free to members. Beginners, intermediate, and advanced men and women are all welcome!

Butts and Guts
Hit all the major muscles in a short amount of time! The class that needs no further explanation!
This is a 60 minute total body barbell workout. This class will keep your heart pumping!
High Intensity Interval Training – Circuit style interval workout to hit every muscle group, raise your heart rate and burn lots of calories in short amount of time.
Cardio Dance fitness class will teach you a full dance routine step by step to burn calories while you have lots of fun!
A full body strength training format that uses resistance tools & body weight drills to keep your heart rate up and calories burning.
This is a 60 minute group cycling class that builds cardio strength with this wonderful ride.
Enhances balance, improves flexibility and overall body toning with flowing/strengthening poses.
Take your yoga practice into a heated room to deepen your poses, movements and really lengthen your muscles.
